Restore a purchase
Use Restore Purchases in Settings or on the purchase sheet. Make sure you are using the Apple Account that made the purchase and have an internet connection.
Where are my study records kept?
Study data is stored on your device. We cannot retrieve lost study history from a server. Settings → Reset study progress removes study records but keeps your purchase and preferences.
How do I report a problem?
Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details. For a question-content issue, include the question wording or a screenshot without personal information.
Is SIERise connected to FINRA?
No. SIERise is not affiliated with or endorsed by FINRA. If you open an official FINRA resource from the app, your browser connects to that website under its own privacy practices.
