Hourmint privacy policy
Your records. Under your control.
Hourmint is published by Campflame. This policy covers the Hourmint iPhone app, its calculator website and support communications.

The iPhone app
Dates, times, breaks, notes, pay settings, people and saved cards are kept in local app storage. No Hourmint account is required. The app has no advertising or cross-app advertising tracking and does not send your cards to a Campflame server or our purchase service, RevenueCat.
Unfinished typed rows are kept locally for recovery. Device or computer backup settings may include app data. Cards do not automatically synchronize between devices. Your records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app, subject to copies in your device backups.
The web calculator
Your entries and calculations remain in browser memory. Closing or reloading the page clears them. The calculator does not submit your entered work or pay records to a server or save them in an account. Our hosting providers process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website, which may include IP address, browser information and request logs. Those hosting processes are separate from the local iPhone app.
Exports and backups
You choose when and where to share a summary, PDF, CSV or backup through the native sharing interface. Destination apps and cloud-storage providers handle those copies under their own privacy practices. Deleting local Hourmint data does not remove copies you saved elsewhere.
Widget and reminders
The optional widget reads a local summary shared with the Hourmint widget extension. It includes hours and status, not people’s names, notes or pay rates. iOS controls refresh timing. Weekly reminders are local notifications that require your permission; turn them off in Settings or use Stop weekly reminders on a notification.
Purchases
Apple processes the optional Pro purchase under its privacy policy. Hourmint checks purchase access on your device using StoreKit. The app does not receive payment-card details. RevenueCat processes purchase history and an anonymous app identifier to manage purchases and measure purchase revenue. It also processes technical app and device information to provide that service. We do not send your cards, people, notes, pay settings or contact details to RevenueCat, and we do not use purchase history for advertising tracking. Apple may provide the developer with sales and financial reports through App Store Connect.
Purchase reporting is separate from your saved work records. Deleting local Hourmint data does not delete purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Contact support for privacy requests concerning information processed for Hourmint; purchase refunds are handled through Apple. Support communications
If you email support, we receive your email address and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use these communications to respond, investigate issues and handle your requests. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver the service. Please avoid sending private work records unless needed to explain an issue, and never send passwords or payment-card details.
Support communications are retained as needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to support; applicable legal obligations may limit deletion.
Your choices
Delete individual saved cards or use Delete local data in the iPhone app’s Settings. Externally saved exports and backups remain until you delete them at their destinations. Deleting records does not refund an Apple purchase. Manage device backup and notification permissions in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information or use your work records for targeted advertising. No personal information needs to be sent to us to use the core calculator.
This website
This policy and support page is part of campflame.dev, which has no contact form, advertising or analytics. The hosting provider processes technical connection information, such as IP address and browser request details, to deliver and secure the pages. The Campflame privacy page describes the website as a whole.
Children
Hourmint is a work-hours utility for a general audience, not a service directed at children. No account or personal information is needed for the calculator. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and handle a deletion request.
